Additional charges for obstacle clearing, please make sure all patio furniture, vehicles, and pet waste are removed from the area.

Payment is due upon completion of services. A late fee of 5% will be applied to invoices unpaid after 15 days. Unpaid balances will accrue interest at a rate of 1.25% per month.

Patterson Arbor Company LLC is not liable for debris left on-site at customer request.

Kansas Average is $9.50-$18.00 per linear foot for tree removal base price.

Patterson Arbor Co. LLC is not responsible for lawn indentations, turf damage, or cracked driveway surfaces caused by the weight of specialized equipment necessary to perform the work.

The customer must disclose the presence of any metal, concrete, or hardware embedded within trees. We reserve the right to stop work or apply additional equipment fees if hidden objects damage our machinery.

We are not responsible for the survival of remaining trees or the structural integrity of a tree once pruning/removal has commenced, nor for damages caused by extreme weather events (e.g., high winds, ice) during the project timeline.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and HOA approvals prior to the start of work. Any fines incurred due to lack of authorization are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Referral discounts are good for one service, all other discounts must meet a $400 minimum.

Patterson Arbor Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to hazardous weather conditions or unforeseen safety risks on-site.
